This is the large end of the plug fan range: wheels 500-900 mm, airflow up to 93,000 m3/h, pressure to 3,400 Pa. Motor power runs 7.5kW-45kW, which puts this series in big central air handling units rather than terminal devices. The high pressure number matters where the plant contains dense filter banks, long duct branches and large coils stacked inside the cabinet - resistance that a low-static fan cannot push through.
How it mounts
Like the rest of the plug fan line, it is unhoused: wheel and EC motor sit on a cartridge that slides into the AHU section, with no scroll casing around the assembly. That saves cabinet volume and lets the cartridge be pulled out for service without dismantling the ductwork on both sides. Drive is direct, so there is no belt, pulley or tension adjustment to maintain. Insulation grade F, working temperature -15 C-40 C.
Where it goes
Large fresh air units and air handling units in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, public venues and institutional HVAC systems are the typical placement. Before sizing, send the total system resistance - filters, coils, silencers and duct branches combined - so the wheel and 7.5kW to 45kW motor can be matched to the actual static pressure rather than nominal airflow alone.
