Holding a condition, not just moving air
Process ventilation is less about comfort and more about holding a condition: a slight positive pressure that keeps dust out, a steady exhaust stream, or enough static pressure to push air through long duct and filter banks. The fan also has to survive the room it sits in.
Matching the fan to the airstream
We help buyers match the fan to the actual airstream. Standard EC plug fans suit clean, dry process air. Heavy dust, oil mist, or corrosive gas will damage the built-in controller, so for those lines we suggest a sealed custom version or an AC belt-driven unit instead of pretending the standard model will hold up. We would rather tell you that up front than replace it later.
A model for each duty
The YPF-E handles the hard pressure jobs, reaching 3,400 Pa with motors up to 45 kW for long duct runs and loaded filter banks. For wide open halls, the AXA-E PM axial fan moves up to 220,000 m3/h. The YGZES-E duct fan fits in-line runs, the WPH-E mounts on the roof for exhaust, and the AXF serves air-cooled process equipment.
Control System and PLC Connection
Process lines are usually run from a PLC, and the fan joins the same control network. The motor's built-in driver accepts the PLC signal without an external VFD.
|
Control Input |
Motor Terminals |
PLC Connection |
|
0-10V analog |
VSP, GND |
PLC analog output; 0V = minimum speed, 10V = full speed |
|
PWM |
PWM, GND |
PLC pulse output; 0-100% duty cycle sets speed |
|
Modbus RTU / RS485 |
RSA+, RSB- |
PLC or HMI as Modbus master; reads status and alarms, writes speed |
All three options can be wired from the same PLC cabinet. 0-10V is the simplest wiring for a single speed command; Modbus RTU is chosen when the PLC or BMS needs two-way data, run status and fault feedback.

FAQ
Can you supply anti-corrosion or sealed versions?
We can customize coatings and sealing for corrosive or dusty air. For explosion-proof requirements, tell us the zone and standard, and we will confirm the build or point you to the right AC alternative.
What static pressure can the largest model handle?
The YPF-E reaches up to 3,400 Pa and covers airflow up to 93,000 m3/h, which suits long ductwork and multiple filter stages.
Do you support ducted and roof mounting?
Yes. The YGZES-E is built for in-line duct mounting, and the WPH-E is a roof exhaust unit using the same EC platform.
