YAQ(B) — Wall-Mounted Axial Flow Fan

Service access matters more than people expect on a wall fan. The YAQ(B) Wall-Mounted Axial Flow Fan uses a bracket mount, and that choice changes how the unit is installed and later removed.

How the bracket works
A metal bracket supports the fan beside the wall opening, holding the axial wheel in front of the panel. When service is due, the fan can be unbolted from the bracket and lifted away without taking the wall panel apart or patching the opening. This is the main difference from a plate-mounted fan: the bracket leaves the fan removable while the plate unit stays fixed to the wall. Alignment is set at installation and stays on the bracket, which makes repeat mounting quick after a cleaning or repair.

Working range
Same light-duty numbers as this wall family: impeller 250 to 630mm, airflow 500 to 12,000 m3/h, pressure 0 to 250 Pa, motor 30W to 700W. The axial impeller moves air along its own axis, efficient at low pressure where there is little duct resistance. At these pressures the fan is meant for open wall or window-type openings, and ducted resistance should be kept to a minimum. There are no belts or complex transmissions inside - just the wheel, motor and bracket.

Where it's used
General air supply and exhaust through walls and partitions in factories, workshops, stores and utility areas. The bracket suits installations where the panel cannot be disturbed often; check the wall thickness and bracket projection against the available space before ordering.
