If you're sizing a compact fresh-air unit or a small AHU, the YUWB is the plug fan made for that end of the range. The wheel runs 250-400 mm and moves 600-8,000 m3/h against pressures up to 2,000 Pa - a sensible match for medium rooms and light commercial boxes, without forcing a bigger assembly into a tight cabinet. There is no scroll housing around the wheel; the motor and wheel sit straight inside the air handling unit, and the cartridge lifts out for service without disturbing the ductwork on either side.
How the EC drive works
The motor and speed controller form one integrated block, so no external VFD cabinet needs to be supplied or wired. Signals accepted are VSP, 4-20mA, PWM and 485, letting the fan follow a thermostat, CO2 sensor or BMS demand and change speed with the actual load in the room rather than running flat out all day. Drive is direct: no belt, no pulley, no belt tension to maintain, so the wearing-parts list stays short. Motor power spans 500W-3500W, insulation grade F, working temperature -25 C~40 C.
