One platform, wheels from 133 mm to 630 mm - that breadth is the point of the YUWE. It covers airflow 600-22,000 m3/h at pressures up to 1,200 Pa, so the same basic design serves compact ventilation boxes at one end and larger central air handling equipment at the other. The 1,200 Pa ceiling suits systems with light to moderate resistance: short duct runs, modest filter banks and coils rather than heavily loaded cleanroom plants. The plug-in, unhoused layout keeps cabinet space free and leaves the cartridge easy to pull for service.
Why choose it over a belt-driven unit
A belt-driven centrifugal fan needs a belt, pulleys and periodic tension checks; the YUWE runs direct from an EC motor mounted on the wheel shaft, so none of that applies. The motor and electronics are integrated - no standalone VFD to mount on the panel. Control comes through VSP, 4-20mA, PWM and 485, matching thermostat, CO2 or BMS signals for demand-based speed changes. Motor power runs 500W-4500W, insulation grade F, ambient -25 C~40 C.
